Adding both men's and women's would balance off the title 9 scholarship requirements, But at NU we already have a women's team and also have issues in that area and with that many allowable scholarships, have a hard time seeing it at NU
There is nothing specific so have to work off of data points, And the $13.6 mill spent in 24 and what they spent on Mendoza are a couple of those data points. Every indication that I have seen is that IN is not in the top 10 of NIL schools and had only two guys that got paid in the top 100...
Further indication that it was closer to $15 mill than indicated. Again, still significant (and likely a lot more than we spent) but likely at lot less that the big boys
There was another article that suggested that they paid out $13.6 mill in 2024. It sounded like it was closer to $15 mill than you you are indicating, While significant, still a lot less than the big boys
Here is the article that indicates $2024 spending was $13.6 mill...
First it is an opinion, But here is a piece suggesting that they spent around $15 mill, That is a whole lot less than the $40 mill that we have heard that the big boys were spending

I believe that what Indiana finally ended up paying for transfers was far less than certain of the Big Boys were spending. Not sure what will happen going forward but for last year the guys playing for them seemed more that they were buying into the program and situation. Not saying that they...
Remember they brought in Wright to be the starter, Lausch became the starter after Wright could not get it done, Pretty hard to bring in anyone else at that point.
And what stud QB was that that we could have brought in for 2024? We had already brought in Mike Wright, Lausch was the backup who came in after Wright failled
During what I watched, all NU goals were either man advantage or 8 meter shot. They had a lot of difficulty with that zone and as you say, when they finally were able to penetrate the zone, their goalie was able to stop it
The difference turned out to be that final call, If they had called the dangerous shot, it would have been CO ball up a player and our best player out for the game
