    I agree we need to continue to pursue her as she is an Iowa girl. The negatives that have surfaced maybe will fade if she and the family realize their mistakes; not super confident this will occur with dad as adults are harder to change than kids...maybe she will recognize the look they've put...

Throw most of our money at one of the best portal players available or split it amongst 2 or 3 significantly more risky options and hope that one of them greatly exceeds expectations?     Not questioning her talent; from what I've seen it's elite. My point is that isn't the only factor in determining whether or not someone is a good match for the program.

    I respectfully disagree. Iowa's #1 mantra revolves around community and respect of others before self. Unproven talent is a distant 2nd to these assets.

    My first reaction when a prospect signs anywhere else is, "What are they thinking?" Especially at Ohio State now after the McGuff incident....what bothers me the most about that whole deal is the complete lack of meaningful action by the administration there. Speaks volumes about how they do...

    Exactly on the early growing pains potentially. NASA is working hard to develop the technology to measure the moaning and groaning we'll hear from the casual fans as they stumble some the 1st 2 months of the season. After that this will be a better team than last year even though the record...
