    Exactly. Having a freshman as a 3rd post allows you to develop them without feeling forced to play them before they're ready. Plus you have some insurance just in case injury happens to one of your 2 regulars.

    Amari played AAU under Nation's mom. Based on her comments about why she chose Iowa, it seems like Nation's mom's recommendation of Jan as a coach was a big factor. Plus, if Amari stays for a 5th year, she'd be on the team for Nation's freshman year if she comes here.

    I'm all-in on the 27-28 team, as long as we don't have major portal losses. That group of seniors will have two potential All-Americans (Ava and Dani) and two solid role players, plus a solid junior class, and McKenna will have a year of Big Ten play under her belt. Plus we get them in Carver.
