Watching Minny (a ****** team with an ahem, green coach) beat Nebby it was clear how just a little bit of defense bothered Nebby shooters. Really sad that Iowa can’t do more, 100% Frans fault.
He has enough working parts I wonder if a defensive minded assistant could make a difference. So far Fran is the close but no cigar level and I hate to say it but many fans are like OP - resigned to pretty good but not great.
