You can root for a team and still be critical of their shortcomings. Currently there are 130 teams that have a more potent passing offense than Iowa, which was my entire first point that if Iowa is looking at a QB maybe you should look elsewhere.
Maybe they should reconsider. 133 passing yards per game. The guy has been an OC for 2 years and Iowa has played in 7 meaningful games. They have averaged 16.4 ppg. That's not going to cut it. ISU, OSU, Missouri, ISU, Indiana, Oregon, and USC
