They once had that rule back in the 40s. On a two shot foul you could shoot one and then take it out.
I would like to see intentional fouls called and the player awarded three foul shots.
I'm 81 years old and have witnessed a lot of basketball during my lifetime. Pete Maravich was the best best college player I have ever watched. He was a wizard with the ball.
