    Poll: POB to Redshirt?

It makes sense to redshirt POB. Passing a senior #2 who has starting experience isn't easy for a true freshman in an offense like Riley's, despite the fact they may be emphasizing play action more in 2016. There's also a good chance Lee starts in 2017.

    DT

The future seems to be bright for the DL, but it might be a year away. I'm pretty concerned for 2016. I'd have felt much better had GM stuck around just from an experience, maturity, and depth perspective. We lost three guys who would absolutely start at DT this year and another, who if he...

    2nd Half Game Thread!

The 3rd down call was terrible too. Give Cross some room to operate.

GT is in a recruiting hotbed, but they are also limited in keeping up with their local competition in today's recruiting landscape due to the course study available at GT. Even top ranked large Fine Arts universities have majors that are less rigorous and are easier for athletes with increased...

    Chip Kelly

The loss of their DC a couple years ago is having a big impact too. Never a defensive power, but they have really taken a big step back.

Whatever magic Riley once had was either just a product of being a good fit in an underdog role or has simply washed away. They simply don't get it. Pelini >>>>> Riley at this point.

    Where's Johnny Stanton?

He could develop into a very good H-Back in this offense if he were open to doing so.

    Coach Riley

What Snyder has done at KSU is even more impressive, but it's like comparing every coach to Tom. Given that they are among the very best ever, it's an absurd standard. If Riley does half the job at Nebraska that Snyder did at KSU (relatively speaking) we'll all be pleased.

It's still a zone based scheme. Riley's bread and butter running play has been the Inside Zone for years. The last couple of seasons, we'd really become predominantly an Outside Zone team to fit Ameer's talents. Inside Zone is simply where the OL blocks the guy in front of him if he's covered...

Kentucky has a chance at starting the season 30-0... Did you know...

The SEC only has one other ranked team. Among the major conferences, it's not that strong. Kentucky has looked their best against tougher opponents, but I'm not sure I would like their chances of going unbeaten in the ACC, Big Ten, or Big 12.
