A View of the Foundation Work on the New Ryan Field

UPDATE: My apologies-- I have been asked to remove the HTP post, and I have complied. I will try to re-attain permission to post this, and I'll let you know if/when I can re-post.

A View of the Foundation Work on the New Ryan Field

The crews expected a couple of boulders from the ridge, but they were surprised at the extent. This map shows just the east side. They updated it a few days before the tour; it was already out of date by Thursday. Crews had already encountered several more by then. Boulder Map of Ryan Field...

A View of the Foundation Work on the New Ryan Field

Re: live cam-- I asked this during demolition. A well-connected source told me that the crew was about to install one. However, it never happened. I suspect there might be a legal issue, maybe liability or union-based. Not sure.

    Remembering Bob Cox

Scott Frost says his offensive line vomits 15 to 20 times per practice

That almost matches the number of times the average 'Husker fan vomits during one of their games.

    Very sad news to share…

Terrible news. I first met Jerry in person at the 2000 Alamo Bowl (but knew him online for a few years before) and got to meet up with him occasionally for bowl and other games afterwards. He was a blast--a funny guy, a true diehard 'Cat fan, and a helluva nice person. RIP, Jerry. All of your...
