I posted on this already, but basically this is what happened.
A cheerleader had a bad experience with the team and the old coach and used some very REAL policies and situations as a reason to move forward as she did. The policies were messed up, but that's not on Polisky.

1. Because this wasn't going away, we live in this era where everyone has a platform and when the mob is after you, you're done. He wasn't going to be able to do the job and it was eating at him mentally and emotionally. He was a distraction.

It's not so much that it's inaccurate as it is that it really has nothing to do with Polisky and he got dragged in the middle of it for doing his job. He admittedly was rigid/protocol driven in doing so...but he didn't do anything wrong...
