    Honestly, I thought the white out was quite impressive. However, as far as recruiting goes I'd say the crowd ended up a negative for recruiting. Hearing the fans chant "Fire Franklin" just canceled any positive recruiting impact from the crowd.

    Well if you are a golfer, Bend is a pretty nice location. Of course Bend in general is a pretty beautiful location. Flyfishing, rafting, hiking, plus a pretty good community to hang in. Glad you enjoyed Bend.

    I'd agree I'd expect Oregon to focus on stopping the run and then deal with Allar when he puts it in the air. I don't think you'll see 7 or 8 in the box, Oregon does somethings a little different to get numbers against the run.

    We'll probably both start with an orange caddis. We fish dry fly catch and release only with barbless flies. Might try a stonefly at some point. If we were down on the Umpqua stones would move up quickly. It's just beautiful flyfishing in Sept around here. Also, really depends on what we see...

    I think the people saying PSU needs to run the ball sucessfully to win are correct. PSU is a 3.5 favorite from what I've seen. I'm looking forward to seeing how my Ducks do in a night white out game. It looks like a great environment and home advantage.
