    Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesnt seem like the NOVA teams ever really play big games outside of NOVA during the regular season. It's a 2 way street but NOVA schools are going to have to start coming down 95 south for some big in state matchups.

    One big issue is there is a loud contingent of coaches who basically are saying let the kids do what they want so they don't look like the bad guy.     I believe Hough, the NC team they played last year was only a 1 year deal. So they probably had a hard time finding somebody to fill the spot.

    Unfortunately chasing a ring is more important than being with your HOME boys. Maybe it works for them in the long run, but the lack of real relationships they are building during these years doesn't seem great.

    I think Radford 2 or 3 years would be considered a true spread/air raid. From teams I watched last year, Maury was probably the only one I saw running a true air raid/spread that committed to air raid concepts. Dinwiddie runs a true spread offense but they run a lot of counter and outside...

    In general I do think think coaching is getting worse but it's mainly because there are less and less willing individuals to take the job. Plenty of really good coordinators and high level assistants who don't want the headache of all of the off-field stuff.
