Radio Link for Blacksburg and Halifax

It'll definitely be interesting to see how the 5OT game affects the Comets. I think it matured them in a game-on-the-line situation after starting off the season with two losses to GW. There was a lot more 3s made the past two games than the first two (They didn't make a single 3 in the second...

4B is bigger and more powerful

The Comets have been playing Atlee almost yearly at States in Softball and Baseball back when they were in 5a. It's always been a great game between the two teams.

Spring sports on hold for 2 weeks

I’ve heard reports that the virus, unless we find a cure real soon, would peak around May. In that case spring sports may get cancelled, as well as school being forced online. It’s a sad predicament we’re in, especially for the Seniors and the juniors trying to prove that they belong at the...

    Halifax 58 MillBrook 61

They went down 13 early in the second. The crowd was virtually dead and they looked lost out there. They started on a run to go, but went on a run to cut it to 39-31 at the half. The band came by after halftime and got the crowd roaring. They battled back to take a 52-47 lead with 5 minutes in...
