    '25 (in-season) - '26 CFB Portal Thread

Very well could have been. It so long ago I don't remember the specifics, just that Clarett challenged the rule and lost.

It was all the way back in 2003-4 when Maurice Clarett sued to get the rule changed. He lost. In today's climate I could see someone try it again but I have my doubts that they would succeed.

    With All the Jumping Around.....

The thing about Jones' tweet was it got taken completely out of context, ( that never happens right?) It was a stupid thing to put out there, and Cardale owned it, but the reason he said it was because he got a 'B" on a biology exam and he felt he should have received a better grade. He was...

    Sherrone Moore fired

That's a fake news account. It's been posting all sorts of stuff that isn't true. UM said late this afternoon that Manuel hasn't been fired and still remains AD. They probably won't take any action until the school has a permanent University President. ( they currently have an interim)

    Sherrone Moore fired

So far there is no indication he is transferring. He did however remove UM references from his social media accounts.

    She's 32

    Sherrone Moore fired

It's been speculated for a lot longer than that. I have UM friends who were talking about it early in the season. The woman involved wasn't a 19 year old, she's a 31 year old staffer that Moore promoted to an Executive Assistant job in his office. She just deleted all of her social media.

    New Coaching Staff

Trust me. You can ask any Buckeye, Sooner or USC Trojan fan. You want to keep Alex Grinch as far away from your program as you possibly can.

For What It's Worth - OSU at RU

Yep. The OSU special teams are "special". I fully expect Schiano to pull something out of his hat to embarrass them at some point.

    SNL Chappelle Monologue

He has a farm near the village of Yellow Springs, just east of Dayton. He raises livestock and the whole 9 yards. He's known for being seen around town doing business just like the other residents. He's apparently a very laid back, approachable guy.

    Calling poster dontestrond

I said it on this board when Ash was hired.......When he came to OSU from Wisky, he took the worst defense OSU had seen in 25 years and turned it into a monster the following year. He did it by changing the culture that had been established by the previous D staff, and changing the scheme...

Did Rutgers, not Ohio State, start helmet stickers in college football?

Buckeye here.........Woody Hayes started the helmet stickers at OSU in 1968.I don't believe OSU has ever claimed to be the first school to do it.I know UM did it back in the day, and Harbaugh brought it back when he arrived. Best of luck to the Knights this week! Hope for a good, injury free...

Tyjon Lindsey and Trevon Grimes commitment video

As another Buckeye, I have absolutely no idea what the point of the original post was on a Rutgers board. Please keep in mind, as I've said here before, alot of Buckeye fans are pulling for you guys, and hope Coach Ash can turn things around for your program. Best of luck to The Knights this season!

Ash will be awesome at Rutgers..

Yeah, even though we didn't expect Coach Ash to be in Columbus long, we hate to see him go! Now, if we can just find somebody to take Tim Beck ( Co-OC/QB coach) off our hands............

Ash will be awesome at Rutgers..

Hey Rutgers Fans! Buckeye here. I really believe you got a good one with Coach Ash. When he first came to OSU after the 2013 season, he talked about the same things he has since taking the Rutgers job.........changing the attitude, philosophy, and culture. The change in the OSU defense was...
