    I refi’d with this company during covid. I think they were advertising on this site. They went all in on mortgages at 3% for 30 year fixed. Clearly a losing strategy and ironically they just sold my mortgage about 3 months ago to another company.

    Or pick a stock/fixed income asset allocation that you can live with. I'm 70% equities / 30% fixed income. Definitely conservative for someone my age but it helps me sleep at night and i can ride the highs and not get blasted too bad with the pull backs
