Football season is over ... ahh ... wait a minute ...

Pretty sure he hired Hoyt, which has objectively exceeded expectations to date and has a team built to make it to the second weekend. But unless Morris ends up being a massive success, hiring DT is a lock to be the greatest thing Chad will accomplish during his tenure.

    2026-2027 HWT

He's 100 percent right.... and nobody benefits from this more than a team with 3 true freshman national champs that got an extra year overnight. Other than the rewiring of my brain towards the next generation being full of 5 timers vs 4 timers, I'm not sure what the downside really is...

    OSU Women’s Team

While we are at it, let's shut down softball and WBB so Holiday and Lutz aren't distracted. Hell, every dollar that doesn't go directly to the football program is an impediment to Mike Gundy chasing down a natty. Cut everything but that.

    Top 10 in Wrestling Attendance

Without an Iowa or Penn St. on the schedule we are likely to see an overall drop. I'd guess we have an initial bump for the first dual, but will need to (a) WIN an (b) do a much better job trying to drive people through the doors from a marketing and promotions standpoint

    Coleman Scott

I will be absolutely floored if Coleman doesn't get the HCIW designation. I can't fathom a world where he would come for anything less based on what he's built at UNC and this is a huge win for us by creating a pathway for John to call his his exit, while simultaneously starting the next phase...

As much as I know Lee will hate me saying this ;), but you probably speak for a number of OSU fans with this statement.

    According to Swaim re: Expansion

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Swaim has arguably the worst info on the internet.

So is anybody hearing anything on changes

This is arguably the drunkest internet thread I can remember in a long time. Like one of those Bill Hader Stefon sketches from SNL.

    Reason for optimism

So despite this threads title, I am yet to see a reason for optimism 🤣 🤣

    Reason for optimism

I too witnessed the glory years and the partying that accompanied. Not saying alcohol abuse isn't a real concern, but college kids partying isn't what is keeping us from being elite.
