It is not just where the players need to go. It is making the correct play call or adjustments and understanding all the choice routes that the WRs have. Also the QB has to most likely dictate protections. The center probably identifies the mike and then the QB can adjust that if necessary.
He is a round 2 or round 3 WR and has exceptional body control and length. He has the skillset and strength and height and wingspan to be a productive solid NFL WR. Not an elite WR, but he will not need to be.

Honestly this is not a move I expected, but I think a deeper QB room with competition is a big deal to have.
Tough to have deep QB rooms this day in age. I know AJ has a very high ceiling, and people think very highly of him, but I hope this is not a sign of an issue.
