    Im a relative newb. I've done 3 briskets. They seem to cook much faster that a pork but of the same weight. They're pretty dry. Outer texture is more red that brown. Definitely getting to 205.

    Dead internet. I saw a post on X today mocking a pic of the space shuttle being piggy backed on the old 747. Anyone under 40 years old thought it was fake and were not convinced. Even with people claiming they were eyewitnesses like myself.
