    than (15-5)(3-2) , then weare are pretty close to sweet sixteen talent. As far as leadership, mental toughness, and holes in people's games; coaches are there to deal with things like that.     easy decision on this one. What is troubling is that we are a very average team with, in my opinon, better than average talent. Certainly talent wise our starting 5 is better than average.
