    I remember exactly where I was for the last part of that game. It always seems like the field goal was the last play/game winner because everyone knew he wouldn't make it and when he did, it felt like there were other powers involved.

    I agree it should be ignored but if you are going to enforce it, do it all the way including when texas flashes it. I think it is fun and should remain part of the game. Problem I see is texas doesn't realize it is just as obscene to others when they flash it.

    Cheap seat season tickets in Coach Stoop's first year were $90.00 each all in. Now they are at least $620.00 (688% increase) while inflation for that span is around 50%. Not saying it is or is not worth it, just pointing out what we are charged for the longest national championship drought...

    I remember a team getting a new coach in 1999 after 4 bad years and a 5 win season in 1998. That newly coached team looked very impressive in 1999 and went undefeated in the 2000 season. Nothing I hate more than orange teams but will not underestimate a team based on that hate.
