Now its Sarkisian ripping on Ole Miss

Oh, I missed the part where Shane took over the job from the previous guy that left right before the CFB Playoff started. Good Lord some folks can’t read **** in context. It’s exhausting. Before you go thinking I have an issue with Golding…I don’t. The whole point of the post was to point...

Now its Sarkisian ripping on Ole Miss

You say this like it’s a fact. People talk **** about all people all the time. Spurrier talked crap about Phil Fulmer and Tennessee ALL the time. Yet he owned them. Same for Georgia. Owned them too. He wasn’t looked at as petty or insecure. He was celebrated because it was entertaining...

Might also be they aren’t really concerned about Pete Golding. He didn’t build anything. He just took over what Lane built and got the job because Lane left when he did. Credit to him for the job he didn’t in the CFP. But maybe these coaches don’t feel he’s earned his stripes.

ACC AD's Feel They Are Being Used

The Covid season where ND joined the ACC and was literally given a spot in the Title Game revealed a lot. The way the ACC caters to ND allows them to keep doing what they do and avoid joining a conference. Of course with the way things are going these days, they have no reason to join. CFB...

    Ryan Hilinski’s parents

I don’t like Mike Bobo, but that was probably the best running game I’ve seen in my life at SC. We did it with guys that weren’t considered superstars either. If we had a Marcus Lattimore, or even Rico Dowdle that season, it would’ve been nuts. Kevin Harris was a nice back, and he’s had some...

Never knew former basketball player LeRon Williams passed away back in February

He was a big guy. Remember his arms being huge. Sad to hear.

    Bobby Cox has passed away.

Tough week for Braves fans with Ted Turner passing away earlier this week. It was Turner that brought back Cox as the GM for the Braves before he coached in ‘90. As a kid growing up watching the Braves, it felt like Bobby Cox would always be the manager for the Braves. It still feels a little...

    How Many Carries?

I say screw the RPO. Call plays and let him execute. Frankly it seems like far more QBs struggle with all the reads on RPOs than thrive. More that that, it seems like the running game suffers even more. We also need to call set running plays, and some of them even off tackle instead of...

    How Many Carries?

I don’t know that many should be designed or designated. However, Sellers should use his legs when it’s available. With his ability, he should be breaking defense’s spirits by scrambling on 3rd downs when they don’t contain him. But for that to happen, he has to beat them with his arm enough...

    Pray for the warrior

It’s legit as he’s commented on it. I think the initial goal was around $20k. Last night it was already over $100k.

I know Van der Beek had to pay quite a bit out of pocket. I’m skeptical of the money for research to be honest. Plenty has been donated…you have to wonder where all the $$ goes.

Stephen Garcia with stage 4 colorectal cancer diagnosis

Just to understand the gravity of the situation…Van der Beek was diagnosed with Stage 3 in August of 2023 and passed a little over 2 years later. Garcia needs our support and prayers. He has the biggest fight of his life ahead of him.
