    I think the game was originally scheduled for 5pm but some storms were supposed to move through the area at that time, so they moved it back to 8pm.

    Five of the eight teams in the WCWS and probably both finalists. Possibly 10 baseball super regional teams. Complete dominance.

    The ACC has been awful in the regionals. If Oklahoma pulls this off, the only ACC team to advance to the supers is North Carolina.

    Super Regionals, updated

    This is the first time in the current postseason format, which has been around since 1999, that two 4 seeds have advanced to super regionals in the same year. If Milwaukee beats Auburn tonight, that will make it three. Just a crazy regional weekend.

    I can't believe I am pulling for Auburn, but I am forced to. Auburn handled Milwaukee pretty easily last night and that was playing the second game of a doubleheader, which didn't start until after 10pm. With a full day's rest, I think Auburn wins this game. Milwaukee can't have much pitching left.

    So Trey Phelps and Mini-J got tossed for taunting and arguing today. Can’t participate in Game 1.

    Our catcher absolutely deserved to get ejected for that and so did Phelps. College baseball is different than pros. They don't want pitchers throwing at batters in retaliation, so they crack down on taunting with quick ejections. College players and coaches should know this and not dance around...
