    These branded workouts are for people who need their egos stroked. Go to a gym and do back squats, deadlifts, other compound movements and do cardio of your liking. If you need 30 people cheering for you while doing kipping pull-ups - God save you.

    FC/OT: Pizza Hut is back!

    When I worked at Pizza Hut in circa 2001, the ingredients were actually good. The dough was all fresh, the veggies were all cut fresh and the meats were good too. Not sure what it’s like now, but I have no ill will toward the hut I grew up on.

    Xaverian is one of the top prep schools in Massachusetts and plays against the top competition around here. Still nowhere near Ohio or Pennsylvania or New Jersey, but not total slouches. Bourque plays at a school 30 minutes from me and I’ve never heard of it before he played there.
