    Definitely can. @cwobrien11 is one of the main reasons I decided to stay on Rivals way way back when because of his posts. He's excellent at collecting and compiling data to form direct opinions, analysis, and forecasting thats been pretty damn accurate and fun to look at over the years.

    160 --> 149 is two good practices and an overnight float. It would def grind on you cutting that 11lbs 1-2 times every 10 days, but it shouldn't be impacting performance. I thought Block's endurance for the NC's looked a lot better than he did at the B10's.
