Clay Travis: ESPN has purchased the full rights to a 24-team playoff

Which is why it’s stupid and just a money grab. It doesn’t improve college football

Clay Travis: ESPN has purchased the full rights to a 24-team playoff

An 8-4 team has no business playing for a national title

Clay Travis: ESPN has purchased the full rights to a 24-team playoff

That’s my point. It ruins the importance of the regular season.

Clay Travis: ESPN has purchased the full rights to a 24-team playoff

An 8-4 team making a post season attached to a national title in football is stupid as hell. Renders the regular season totally worthless

In a 12 team playoff yes. The 24 is too watered down. It will lose its value

Feels good to be nervous about Saturday

This got turned into more that it actually is I think. Saban never came to Starkville prior to a game. They always bussed over the day of. Even morning games.

Feels good to be nervous about Saturday

To me, Lebby's best weapon against superior talent is tempo. Most of our deficiencies in talent on the offensive line can be hidden or covered up with tempo. We will most certainly sell out to stop the run or pass depending on down and distance but will be hard pressed to stop Russell from doing it by himself. Pretty much every 3rd and 6 or less will be almost impossible for us to stop because...
