    He also makes an argument about academics and kids taking finals but then says a December period makes no sense because the academic calendar ends in May... you'd think a college coach would have a better grasp on the semester based academic system.

    True.... but based on the descriptions and the number of individuals involved I would have to think that a good number of them would be straight. Looking at population percentages it's highly unlikely you have more than a few guys on the team that aren't straight.
