    Football Head Football Coaching Changes

Cool retires from Kearney. Amazing career, better man. 25 years is a long time so maybe it was time. But he's still a young guy. You have to wonder how much Class A being a dumpster fire, and not every school privately raising $300 Million, had to do with him stepping down. I think you'll...

Other Sports Track & Field District Assignments

I for the life of me will never understand the justification of how some of these schools get stuck in B when they are clearly a C level squad. 800 vs 165. Tell me thats beneficial to kids. Its just lazy on the part of the NSAA.

    Fan Behavior

I also witnessed this behavior. And particularly the Skutt fans on Saturday. Walking down to the bottom row to scream and refs. What looked like an 8th grade boy screaming after every call. The worst was at the end when it looked like a middle age man telling a Sr citizen to shut the f up...

Softball Class B and C Subdistrict Brackets Released

Yeah. But it shouldn't. You are rewarding those teams for crappy seasons. Punishing those who have been good all year. 1 or 2 deserving teams will get left out of their shot at state.

Softball Class B and C Subdistrict Brackets Released

Serpentine badly needed in Class C. 2 Subs with nothing but losing teams will get an opportunity to play in a District Final.

    Basketball Basketball Coaching Openings

Why? Awesome to see he's getting a chance. To many good young coaches get passed up just because they don't have any experience. I'm sure there are plenty of teachers with coaching experience in that building but are to lazy or burnt out to do it. Hell why do schools keep giving guys like...

    Football Football Coaching Changes

Not sure why he keeps getting jobs. HIs longest stop at any school is 5 years. Which is good chunk of time. But the majority of his stops are 1 and 2 years. How is that good for any school? What is he accomplishing at any of these places? These schools think they got there guy and boom...

I'm guessing not a whole lot of people lining up and applying for that job.

Omaha Burke players suspended for playing in special Olympics game

Is it though? Here we live in a world where it's harder and harder to find good, decent, and kind people. And we have two young men who are doing something out of the kindness of their heart. Being great role models, classmates, decent human beings and but yet they are punished. Now don't...

    Football Coaching Changes

This isn't about coaching as much as it is about being fed up with teaching. It's a mad house. Kids out of control, parents out of control, no support from admins, or law enforcement. Teachers right now are powerless in regards to student behavior.

Love this. Wish this was the norm.

I might have to disagree with your softball presumption. As a coach of softball and dad of a softball players I certainly would love to see the change. I also know my daughters would love to play volleyball as well. I think as you look at many of the smaller B class C schools you have numbers...

Again can't disagree. I'll say the same for softball as well. Club softball has gotten to be a huge. Some kids paying as much as $3000 to play. Cause someone promised them a D1 scholarship. It's gotten out of hand.
