    Just to add Eagles/Trojans, in the west there are nine conferences. The conference first place teams get seeds one through nine based on highest RPI. Then seeds 10 through 16 (remaining home teams 1st round) are filled with the non-number one teams with highest RPI getting the 10th seed, etc...

    IMO the seeding process misses the mark. I would like to see a move away from seeding the conference winners first and just seed solely by the RPI.
