    A little off topic, but I watched the C'burg-Giles middle school game Thursday. Anybody have any idea who the goliath Giles Middle had on the field is? #42 I believe. Has to be like 6'5 200+. No way he's not getting scouted already.

    Yes intermittent success. The fact is moving the ball is undoubtedly harder to do with #51 on defense. I see that drive being affect by his presence if he were there, and that's not an unreasonable opinion by any means with how he was dominating. I'm sure he was devastated and felt the same way...

    LT isn't a sham, Monacan was just that good. Their defense dominated the line of scrimmage up until their best lineman #51 got hurt on offense right before LTs final drive.     Monacan won this game in every aspect except the most important one; the scoreboard. Lake Taylor got this game gifted to them at the very end. I'm sure there will be some very sore hearts over at Monacan High School, especially if LT wins it all now.

    Monacan defensive line is dominating the line of scrimmage. Put that together with Moody's great performance on offense and defense and that's the story of the game so far. Still 7-0 Monacan 1:28 left in the half.

    Either way it should most likely be in Richmond because Hermitage beat an undefeated #2 Manchester and Bird beat undefeated #1 Highland Springs. Along with the fact Herm and Bird were already above Salem in the rankings at the end of the season, and with the points from whoever wins the matchup...
