    It will be interesting to see what happens. Currently we have 13 wr’s on the roster with only one (Tate Crane)out of eligibility, and two new recruits coming in. That totals 14 wr’s. Normally a team will carry 12. So something has to give if we want to bring in transfers.

    At first I thought the same thing when I looked at his stats, but when I clicked on his highlight videos, I realized that his running ability makes him a really dynamic player. I say we should definitely go after him.

    I’m just saying that it’s not legal to contact a player who is not in the portal, in order to persuade him to transfer. How well this is being enforced, I have no idea.

    According to google, Yes, a private individual can offer an athlete NIL money, but it is illegal for that offer to be a recruiting inducement.
