    There are many instances where school districts need to consolidate. Even... if they cross county lines. In Mississippi, few counties need more than a single school district. If a school district office can't take care of 20 schools, the district office is inefficient.

    Help me kill a crepe myrtle

    Cut it down, drill holes in the top of the stump, and pour salt in the holes. Fill the holes and put a thin layer on the top of the stump. Most of the time, you won't need the layer of salt.
