    Surry has a impressive win loss record, but I think CB had a tougher schedule. CB has been battle tested. I think CB wins this one.

    I don't recall these teams meeting in the playoffs but I'm sure they have. Essex was in D2 for a long time, so it would be before that. Looking forward to the game this Friday. Missed the first game between these teams. I'm interested to see what adjustments these teams make for this match up.

    As a long time Essex fan, I have to agree on this. Essex first trip to the State championship. Gate City had an easy 4,000 or more fans. Essex may have had 200 fans. I don't live in the area any more so not able to attend all the games but for the games I do attend I have noticed in recent years...
