Is football a better game with kickers making 60 yarders like they are nothing?

Football would be better with less kicking. Each team gets 3 punts a game so coaches would need to strategize on when to do it. Punting is the worst play on all of sports, kicking field goals is not very exciting either.

OT: The state of Tennessee has a UK license plate

0107 and 0108 here, those were good times. I think we got to 300 as we were winning #8.

Pope is now the 6th highest paid coach in basketball

So you don’t think any coach, before even coaching his first game here, deserves a chance to prove himself?

Dam, happy to sad in .5 secs

I’m not ready to throw in the towel if it’s Drew, we wanted a change and it looks like this is it. I’m ok with it until he gives me a reason not to be.

    Worst UK starting five ever

Probably some but I think it’s who they know, or who their parents know most likely.

    Worst UK starting five ever

No idea how good or bad your were at your peak but some of the Kentucky bench guys were pretty bad. They were not on the roster for their basketball skills.

    Alcoholism is tragic

You can do it. Despite all the fighting, arguing, and name calling on this board I believe you would actually get a lot support here. Good luck.

    Greensboro roll call.

I’ll be there, pretty easy drive from Charlotte. My last 2 tourney games were FF against Wisconsin and sweet 16 against Kansas State. Hoping for better results this time.

If Oates was our coach this season

Oats is doing it at Alabama, not too big of a stretch to think he’d do pretty well with Kentucky’s resources and tradition.

    Ot: betting advice for tonight.

I tried to middle the Kansas game last night, had Kansas -3.5 and took Texas live +7.5, Kansas won by 8. Tonight’s game is a tough middle so I’d roll with Cats -3.5.
