    Auburn would have turned us in

    We did not "turn in" Auburn or the Newtons. MSU reported that a person who CLAIMED to be acting on the behalf of the Newtons had approached about money for Cam to go to MSU. That's all we know at this point. MSU did not report that Auburn, boosters of Auburn, or any Auburn coaches did anything.
