    I think with the schedule we have if you get to 22-9, and get out of the first weekend most would consider that very successful given putting 12 guys together in one month and making it happen…we could still be solid and solid and go 20-11 but the seeding would make getting out of the first...

    Absolutely…going further 2011, 2017 and 2019 all missed opportunities…2022 loosing as 2 with POY is awful but can’t consider much of an opportunity since we didn’t get out of the first game…or even worse returning said POY to earn a 6 seed and fail to reach the second weekend…and we won’t rehash...

    How much can Perry contribute

    I think he will be a role player/depth/development for next year but if pope plays fast, we could end up having 9 or 10 guys getting double digit minutes many games. I think focus going forward will be some guys for offense, certainly have crushed it with good defenders so far

    I’d take him as a reserve but doubt that’s what he’s looking for in his last year…however right now we have no roster..anxious to see how things look on May 1(roster won’t be complete but hopefully we have some pieces in place at that time.

    I doubt it. Honestly he’s a guy that might be ready in 5 years…I think you could consider offering Pitino to come back as a bridge and make a new hire in 5 years, but that’s a lot of what ifs
