    Thanks. We're going to be adding 1 1/2 baths, 2 bedrooms and a living room. All will require new HVAC except possibly the living room. Sounds like I can expect to pay pretty close to the new construction cost.

    My step dad owned a laundromat in Baltimore that was destroyed in the 68 riots. He had always had a great relationship with his customers. But after that he got out of the business and went to work for GEICO before moving back to WV.

    I guess I shouldn't have said Manchin not running cedes the governorship to the Republicans. Justice's name recognition is almost as good as anyone who will run. And if he's willing to spend his own money he might be able to buy the race.
