    A new 1980 Pontiac Grand Lemans from Queen City Pontiac in Greenbrook. The salesman told me that when I brought my new car in for the 30 day oil change to bring a list of all the things that needed to be fixed. That was the quality expectation back in those days.

    OT: Inexpensive Restaurant for After a Baptism

    I had my son's confirmation party at Green Knoll Grille on 206 in Bridgewater about 3 years ago. They have private rooms and an outdoor bar and dining area. If I remember right they also had a outdoor play area for children. Prices were reasonable.

    I just bought an Explorer and I have been thinking about buying a bike rack, but I need to install a hitch. The Ford dealer wanted $575 to install a hitch, but the sales man said I could get it done cheaper at UHaul. Anyone have experience with hitch installs?

    Did you run track?

    I ran H.S track in the 70's when races were measured in yards: 100: 10.5 220: 23.5 440: around 54 Many of the HS tracks were still cinder. Track runners were called Cindermen. Women's track was just beginning. Some H.S. were just beginning to install all weather tracks.

    I was watching the game last night and notice that one of the young players, I think his name was Gamel, had long hair that covered his ears. Don't the Yankees have a grooming code any longer? At one time the hair couldn't be over the ears.
