    KSR today?

Just another reason to be glad Cal is gone. He had gotten to the point where he envisioned himself a dictator of all things UK athletics. Not a good thing.

John Pelphrey returning HOME TO UK

Clyde had been a head coach for 5 less years than Pope when he got the job. He had roughly the same winning percentage and had taken over two absolute dumpster fires. He was a 2X COY in the BigXII and had won a WAC regular season title. He'd also won three NCAAT games. Just for reference, Pope...

John Pelphrey returning HOME TO UK

What he said is all accurate and measurable except the last sentence, and even a rational thinking person could come to that hypothesis.

    Agreed and agreed

    Because I am bored

I just puked in my mouth. Until Pope is gone, basketball first decisions about athletics should be placed on hold.

    LSU up next

Agree with this. On paper, that's a REALLY REALLY bad matchup. Their offense is going to have to make some mistakes to help our defense out. Their offense is Alabama level offense good.

Wilkins winning three point contest BBM

He didn't have to rush anything. The shots he was getting were literally H-O-R-S-E shots and he was still missing them. He's honestly just not been good enough to play at the SEC level. He's had one good game in two years at this level. If he had the right coaching to develop his play, I fully...

    No. They relied on talent.

That is what he primarily does. He’s certainly not a creator or facilitator.

I mean, it’s the majority of his game. That’s not an opinion.

Gonna hafta prove he can take the pounding in the SEC. Hes rail thin for an SEC guard. For reference, Jaxon Robinson was 20-25 lbs heavier and maybe an inch taller.

    Corrrect

Wilkins winning three point contest BBM

Yeah, he excels against the crap show 250+ teams. Do better. Or go play in the OVC. Or deal with what you get when you can’t hit shots that matter. Pretty simple.

How was he the last 21 when the defenses were actual defenses…and not Tennessee Tech? Hes an absolute one trick pony that sucked at his one trick when it mattered. I want him to succeed, but it won’t cloud my thinking. He needs to be better.
