Benchmade. All their knives come with lifetime warranty. So a couple of time a year, I'll send them back to benchmade and they will service knife, replace anything that needs work, and will sharpen the blade like new....No cost. Great company and great customer service.
Fisherman's Corner is GREAT. Looks a little shady, but is really some of the best food I've had down there. Another great option (but not very close to Perdido) is the Wash House in Fairhope. It's one of my favorite restaurants anywhere.
