    Using the term demerit is hilarious. Haven’t heard that word used since elementary school. “should we hire Zach selmon?” “I don’t know. Not firing a national title coach a few months into the job is a huge demerit.”

    Yes. No new AD in America would fire a national title winning head coach - the only one in the schools history - a few months into the job. We got some juice after Lemonis got fired and made a run to the post season.

    Blackrock owns shares in publicly traded companies via their mutual funds. That is not the same as a private equity company buying a smaller company. I would think, without looking, that Blackrock has a Private Equity arm, but it's not the same.
