Imagine a taxi driver or barber who has all the answers to everything. But he has his people write out his answers instead of just telling the answers to you!

Why is it called Cael Tax? With a tax, someone requires you to pay him because you are in his jurisdiction. So we can logically joke that a Hawkeye’s late-season lingering injury is an Iowa tax. Or, in the case of a stupidity tax, you get taxed because of who you are. Neither of the above two...
