Saw the Avett Brothers there last spring. Wonderful place. Parking not a problem. There was lots of parking everywhere. I seem to recall we paid to park in a lot some Boy Scouts were operating, but there are plenty of other options as well.

These may be more semi-local than 100 percent authentically local, but we like them.
A maxed-out complement of bodies covers up most of the worst of it and makes it look like the great tradition it is, but anything else looks like a refugee camp.
I don't want to get rid of the tradition -- hell I don't even want to take anything away from the folks who've held onto the sites...
Deanbar's remark below not withstanding, need suggestions for an in-shore charter boat out of Destin or thereabouts for this summer.
