    Having worked at Cappe's and Cappe being a good friend of mine I can assure you that they do not use Dale's. They don't put anything on the meat until it hits the grill. BEST steak in town, hands down.

    I fully agree DS...Hold that Tiger gives me chills every time I hear it. The wife got her undergrad from LSU, so I could be biased....masters from State. She wore the purple and gold for 4 years but bleeds maroon and white. We dated when she was at LSU and I sat in the student section many times...
