Agreed. That video shows an illegal cut block. The defender has to be in the tackle box at the snap to do that. He also has to do it before the ball leaves the tackle box (if he were lined up in the tackle box).
It is funny to watch the video and see how they just kind of check the pile halfheartedly and then run off the field.
