It was obviously because Davis was beginning to labor (and over 30 pitches) and they also want him available for at least another game. It was left on left and Burns had given up almost no HR this year, so the move made good logical sense... Just didn't work out
Pretty sure Pitzer pitched in the Sunday game last week in Austin, but he seemed to not have been considered until the game was already out of control.
Got pretty disappointed when Teel got to 3rd with 1 out in the 1st and we couldn't get him in.

I'll split the difference and say we go 2-1 this weekend. That's definitely hedging though because I sure as **** think we need a sweep to get back on the desired trajectory.
