I highly recommend Downtown Carla Brown for the haunted tour. It was interesting - ghosts or not. And I love the cocktails at King's Tavern. The bartender is great and he sometimes teaches a cocktail class on Saturday afternoon and has some great stories, too.
I just booked for a trip next week for 4. Snapper are "in season", but in Alabama waters that is only for weekends. For that reason we booked on Friday instead of Thursday. In federal waters it is snapper season on weekdays as well, but the fishing charter doesn't reach federal waters.
