    I don't think I agree with you. I think these guys are trying to maximize their earnings in college because they know the NBA is not going to come calling for them. That's why you see more and more players in their 4th and 5th years still in college. There will always be the one and done guys...

    It's been widely reported that Kentucky had the most expensive roster in the country this year, somewhere in the $22 million range. Their problem started with roster building and injuries, not money. For example they gave Quaintance from Arizona State a huge deal and he barely played at all.

    One season isn't a reflection of the Big East. This was a down year for sure with only three teams, but generally speaking Marquette, Creighton, Providence, and Xavier are more than a bag of cats.

    It's only runs in games between the teams involved in the tie, not all the games. Those totals are US 11, Italy 6, Mexico 5. If Italy wins, we advance. If Mexico wins but scores only 1-4 runs, we are eliminated. If Mexico wins and scores 5+, we advance because I guess we win whatever the next...
