    For my education, since I am no engineer, if that crack had been reported in 2019, and it wasn’t a full break then, would they have shut the bridge down completely or could that have been repaired somehow without closing it?

    This and selling emu oil was supposed to be a big thing. My dad has a friend who invested in emus and had I think 10 of them at one time. I think he kept them for a couple of years before getting rid of them. It’s amazing what people will invest in.
