    2007 MSU >= 2009 UM

    Both teams finished 4-4 in the SEC, State played a better team in the bowl (UCF undefeated and ranked, Ok State not) and wasn't given the bowl game by the refs. State had to play West Virginia out of conference, UM played 4 patsies this season.
