    Most states (including MS, I believe) tax non-residents on income earned in the state. I believe the IRS includes room and board as taxable income.

Can you point me to this data? if there’s the same total number of scholarships and more students are losing them before they graduate, it must be the case that there’s more...

    the only tickets that are for sale now are premium seats. Most seats won’t go on sale for A few months. Email your ticket rep. But they don’t have pricing on standard seats yet.
