    Scotland would have dropped 50 on dudley on a dry field in 2013. Their speed was unmatched. They got to the edge at will vs dudley, the field was just too wet to turn it up for huge plays.

    Scotland dominated the lines of scrimmage until they built a big lead and got conservative . Richmond showed heart, but the game could have gotten out of hand if not for the kick return.

    Scotland has quite a large talent advantage again this year. It's such a huge advantage to be able to successfully run basic schemes on both sides of the ball. Very few different formations.     They need to replace 40+ retiring/relocating teachers before they worry about a football coach IMO. Maybe that's why the process is taking so long. Goodman has bigger fish to fry than a simple football coach.

    On a related note, sources say Monroe Ave. Elementary has a substitute finishing the year teaching a certain grade, just in time for EOG's. I can understand not focusing on finding a football coach, but leaving students without a teacher is unacceptable.

    The fact that a county which struggles mightily in education happens to be putting this much effort in selecting a football coach is embarrassing. A HS Football coach hiring should not be front page news, and it should be way down on the list of priorities of everyone outside of the AD.
